Banana Lemon Parfait

Ingredients

5 frozen bananas, chopped
1 cup plant-based milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons chia seed
3 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until a smooth thick consistency remains, about 1 minute.
2. Transfer to small mason jars and refrigerate up to 3 days or freeze up to 2 months.
3. When ready to serve, garnish with berries and enjoy.
