Just follow this simple recipe with only four ingredients. Enjoy my delightful chocolate frosting by the spoon full or as topping on your favorite cake, cookie, or brownie.


Easy Chocolate Glaze

Ingredients

1 can full-fat coconut milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 and 1/4 cups dark chocolate chips 

Makes 1 cup chocolate glaze

Instructions

1. Heat coconut milk, maple syrup and coconut oil in a saucepan over medium heat and stir. Do not boil the mixture, just heat it until the mix is steaming. 
2. Turn off heat and stir in chocolate chips to make a creamy and smooth chocolate glaze for any cupcake or brownie.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
