Ingredients
2 cups (400g) white rice flour
2 cups (400g) brown rice flour
1 cup (200g) potato or corn starch
2 cup (200g) tapioca starch
Optional: add 1 and 1/2 teaspoons xanthan gum
Makes 6 cups GF flour mix
