I’m in love with my naturally sweet, creamy and rich fudge! If you like peanut butter and chocolate, this recipe is for you. It’s great stored in the refrigerator for a grab-and-go dessert that is so satisfying. Made with just 5 ingredients, it’s easy to put together in only 15 minutes.

Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter 
1/4 cup coconut oil melted
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 cup roasted peanuts
1/4 teaspoon large crystal salt

Instructions

1. Prepare 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper. Lightly grease the top with coconut oil.
2. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the coconut oil for 45 seconds. (alternatively, melt coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat).  
3. Whisk in the peanut butter and maple syrup. Stir until combined. Then add in the cocoa powder, roasted peanuts and salt. 
4. Pour fudge into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Sprinkle extra salt over the tops along with a few peanut halves for texture. Press gently to stick.  
5. Refrigerate for 1.5 hours or freeze for 20 minutes. Remove from refrigerator and pull the fudge together with the parchment paper out of the pan. Let warm to room temperature before cutting into cubes with a sharp knife (about 1.5” x 1.5“). Store in refrigerator.
