Vegan Dipping Chocolate

Ingredients

1 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks
1 tablespoon refined coconut oil
Topping
large crystal salt 

Makes 1 cup dipping chocolate

Instructions

1. Combine chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 60 to 90 seconds. Remove and stir to combine into a glossy smooth chocolate coating.
2. In preparation for chocolate dipping, place your baked treat (cookies, cupcakes or candy) in the freezer for 20 minutes – remove from freezer and place on a clean piece of parchment paper before dipping.
3. Simply hold one treat in your hand and dip into the melted chocolate coating. Dip 1, 2 or 3 times for extra thin or thick chocolate coating. Allow the dipped dessert to harden in minutes.
4. Add a dash of large crystal salt which will stick to the chocolate.
